Return policy
1. Return Eligibility We are confident you will be delighted by your Canadian Operator product. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the product for a full refund or replacement within 14 days of delivery. Certain products, such as food and apparel, are not be eligible for return due to health and hygiene reasons. If you have an issue with one of these products, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you.
2. Condition of Returns Returns must be in like-new, saleable condition and include all original packaging. Damaged or used items are not eligible for return except when defective; see the Defective Products section below.
3. Defective Products We guarantee that our custom-made products (excluding apparel) will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, daily wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or negligence. If the mechanical function of the item is not impeded but there are minor cosmetic blemishes, these are not typically considered as defects. The nature of 3D printed material is such that on occasion one of these blemishes may show up and evade detection prior to shipping. In this case we reserve the right to decline a return claimed as defective, and in such a case, may offer a discount, gift card or other compensation as we deem appropriate. Shipping for defective products is covered both ways by Canadian Operator.
4. Return Process If your product is not working as intended, please contact us. If we determine the issue to be a defect in workmanship, we will replace the product at our cost, including the cost of postage. This service is provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse such service if we have reasonable grounds to suspect foul play. If your return is elective in nature (bought by mistake, ordered too many items, etc) and the product is not damaged or defective, you can easily start and manage self service returns yourself (see the How to Initiate a Return section below). Please note that in this case, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping items back to Canadian Operator.
