We try our best to keep our reviews as neutral and unbiased as possible. Both positive and negative aspects of a product are considered during the review process. Products are reviewed solely on their merit alone and as such, we do not accept any form of compensation in exchange for favorable reviews.

2. Creative and Editorial Control

We exclusively reserve the right to control our creative and editorial process from beginning to end with no influence from third parties. This helps us to keep our branding, content, production quality and publishing strategy consistent and to build trust and rapport with our community.

3. Product Acceptance
Partners may send us prototypes, pre-production models, engineering samples or finished retail products provided they are safe and legal to possess in Canada. If the product is provided at no cost to us, we reserve the right to review it fairly and make no guarantees that it will receive a positive review solely because it was provided at no cost to us. Attempts by partners to influence positive reviews by providing compensation (including products at no cost) will be grounds for the project's immediate termination.

4. Audience Loyalty
The patronage and trust of our audience matters more to us than anything else. To build and maintain that trust, when content is created in collaboration with a partner and/or when a product is provided for review by a partner (at no cost or otherwise), that relationship and/or product will be disclosed to our audience and the content will be labelled as sponsored when applicable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content created and published by Canadian Operator—including but not limited to videos, blog posts, written reviews, images, graphics, and other media appearing on our official platforms (such as our website, YouTube, Rumble, Discord, X, Facebook and any additional channels)—is the exclusive intellectual property of Canadian Operator.

This content may not be copied, shared, reproduced, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose without obtaining prior written consent from Canadian Operator.

Where written consent is granted, approved partners may display our content on their official website and/or social media platforms solely for the purpose of promoting their product, and must provide a direct link to the original Canadian Operator source.

In all cases, including approved use:

Our content must be presented in full. It may not be altered, edited, clipped, modified, or changed in any way. It may not be re-uploaded or republished to any platform. It may not be converted into another medium or format, including all forms of digital or physical media.

Any use of Canadian Operator content outside of these conditions is strictly prohibited.

6. Collaboration Process
Partners are encouraged to provide as much product collateral and information about their products as possible. Corrections and adjustments are also welcome throughout the collaboration process. We will communicate regularly with the partner to manage production and delivery expectations, timelines, delays, questions and/or concerns. Should we have any feedback or concerns about the product, we'll communicate this with the partner to give them the opportunity to address it prior to publishing it. Other matters can be discussed between parties as required.
